I understand that any and/or all of my courses may be recorded by audio and/or video for Life University’s educational purposes.  For these purposes, audio and/or video recordings may contain my voice and/or likeness, including, but not limited to asking questions, participating in a discussion or group work, and making presentations.

I also understand that if my actual assignment/assessment is video captured, the instructor will redact my name from the assignment/assessment and will only reveal grades associated with my work in accordance with FERPA guidelines.

Life University retains the right to use, without compensation, any of the foregoing recordings, and to make such recordings available as Life University’s educational materials.
